Head of Finance, Procurement & Supply Chain
Morten joined Syntese in May 2025 as Head of Finance, Procurement & Supply Chain.
He brings more than ten years of broad finance experience spanning business controlling, FP&A, group reporting, and strategy planning. Prior to joining Syntese, Morten held the position of Senior Manager in Group FP&A at GlobalConnect, where he drove group forecasting, target-setting, and M&A analytics. Before that, he spent three years at Radiometer Medical as Head of Global Manufacturing Finance, leading a team supporting operations and supply chain across nine factories in five countries. He has also held finance roles at TDC and DSV, gaining experience in areas such as corporate strategy, valuations, and investor relations.
As a leader, Morten takes pride in setting others up for success and combines strong technical financial skills with a hands-on, collaborative approach to business partnering and decision support.
Morten holds a Master of Science in Finance and Accounting (Cand.Merc.FIR) from Copenhagen Business School, with exchange semesters at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the National University of Singapore.
He lives in the Brønshøj area of Copenhagen. Outside of work, Morten is a devoted supporter of the Danish national football team and can always be found at Parken for home matches.
