Back Office Manager
Henriette joined Syntese in May 2025 in a newly established role as Back Office Manager, responsible for a variety of tasks supporting everything from the site strategy to the daily operation.
Henriette brings years of management and strategic experience, recently from a role as Head of the QC support function in Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies. Alongside her role in Syntese, Henriette works as a private coach and freelance as outplacement advisor in AS3 where she helps people on their career path.
Henriettes’ educational background is as a medical laboratory technician, supplemented by different leadership programs. She is also a certified Transition Coach and is currently studying to become a psychotherapist.
Henriette has two grown children and lives in Værløse, where she enjoys having nature just outside her door. In her free time, she values spending time with family and friends, stays active with Reformer Pilates, sings in a gospel choir, and relaxes by knotting and crocheting.
