Head of Operations
Stephan Lundby joined Syntese in October 2025 as Head of Operations, with overall responsibility for production, compliance and support, and warehouse operations.
He brings solid experience from leadership roles within production and operations in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on people leadership, process optimization, and organizational development.
Stephan holds an educational background in the food industry, process technology, and leadership.
Outside of work, Stephan spends time with his three children and enjoys staying active through cross-fit, strength training, and hiking.
