Head of Engineering, Science & Technology
Helle is Head of Engineering and IT/OT. As a department head Helle has the overall responsibility for the technical support of the production equipment and utilities, back-office support of the production processes and IT/OT systems.
Helle has more than 20 years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry and has held various senior management positions within operations and support. Through these roles, Helle has gained years of experience in strategic leadership of pharmaceutical manufacturing teams, driving operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration. Helle’s leadership principles are founded on mutual respect and trust. Empowering and developing employees are essential elements of her leadership approach.
Helle holds a master’s degree in pharmacy (Cand.Pharm) from the University of Copenhagen.
In her spare time, Helle enjoys watching football – especially cheering on her family.
